NEW LUXURY

THE LUXURY OF THE SENSES

NUEVO LUJO is a path to follow where we will put our designs and those of designers from all over the world in your hands and we will do it based on social commitment, without ever leaving aside our love for the aesthetics of spaces and making them look unique and unrepeatable.

We began this adventure with the hope of growing, and with the desire to create a better and fairer world where CRAFTSMANSHIP and DESIGN is recognized and valued as the NEW LUXURY .

ABOUT US

"NEW LUXURY IS NOT MEASURED BY PRICE, BUT BY THE STORIES EACH OBJECT TELLS"

For a long time we have been dedicated to creating spaces where people receive SENSATIONS, and enjoy being in them.

We always knew that spaces and objects are what transmit energy and ultimately create those sensations.

A while ago we started to investigate the crafts of different parts of the world and discovered what it conveyed to us, touching and feeling those objects.

And that's when we decided to start designing those objects and connecting with the time each artisan needed to achieve the miracle.

Time and love are the two components of
Our products, and they always tell us a story...

OUR MISSION

It's about growing together, artisans and designers from all over.
The world, with the desire to make a better and fairer world where CRAFTSMANSHIP and DESIGN are recognized as the NEW LUXURY.

Helping with our designers' perspective to
those who do what they love every day, allowing them to revalue their art and preventing that way of doing things with TIME from disappearing and LOVE.

ARGENTINE ARTIST

AGUSTIN LEIRO

A new creation is born from the day-to-day work in the workshop.

The idea appears, manifests itself, and this allows for endless possibilities.
variants that, when made of wood, have their own needs.

Let the material tell its own story.

Just as the grain of wood bears the imprint of a tree's age, and a knot is where a branch grew, by learning to connect we see that the piece is already imprinted in the material.

His workshop is set up on a trailer in the middle of a forest of poplars, acacias and ancient pines.

He deeply respects and admires nature. The process of
Production is laborious: wood demands physical effort. It's important not to overexert yourself, but the wood repays all that effort in every grain.

He uses hand tools, something he enjoys and focuses on the simplicity of the piece. He works in series, which allows him to develop many variations of a single form.

He likes to start with an object, which may or may not be utilitarian, and gradually deform it until it reaches its most sculptural version. He works with pruning wood and logs.

CONOCE SU OBRA
  • Carmen Martin

NUEVO LUJO contributed objects to our project that gave it soul.

We learned the stories behind the objects when we received the order. They came written on a card inside a beautiful box. It was a wonderful experience.

  • Leandro Llorente

As a man, I find it difficult to connect with the feelings that objects convey. However, I was convinced that my house needed personality and objects that evoked experiences.

They succeeded, because every person who enters my house asks about that design piece.

  • Marina Vazquez

I had been looking for some time to connect with different objects, objects with a soul.

For me, craftsmanship was something vulgar, lacking in sophistication.

With NUEVO LUJO I learned to recognize craftsmanship, and everything behind each object, unique and unrepeatable.

The design's contribution highlights everything that the artisans' stories do.
